How do I book?
Choose a tour and a departure date, then message us on WhatsApp or call Puan Maya. We confirm the price and room arrangement with you. Online booking is coming soon.
Are flights included?
Every package we list now includes return flights from Malaysia. Each tour page shows the flight details we have, such as the airline or baggage.
How much is the deposit?
The Umrah packages ask for a deposit of RM500 per person. For other tours, we tell you the deposit when we confirm your booking.
Why does room sharing change the price?
Some packages are priced on a set number of people per room. For example, the Europe tour is priced on 4–5 sharing, with a different rate for couples. Tell us your group size and preferred arrangement.
Who operates the packages?
Some packages are offered under another company. When that is the case, the tour page names the original package brand. Enquiries and bookings go through travelmaya.
Do I need a visa?
It depends on the destination and your passport. Check “What’s included” on the tour page — the Umrah Syawal package includes the visa — and ask us if you are unsure.
